摘要 <p>A nano-porous inorganic material which comprises a skeleton structure comprising an inorganic material and, formed in the inside thereof, a large number of fine pores, and exhibits three-dimensional high regularity, wherei n it has a pore diameter of 0.5 to 5 nm at the peak of a pore diameter distribution as determined from a nitrogen adsorption isotherm, and exhibits a half width of an X-ray diffraction peak for (100) plane of 1 (2.theta./degre e) or less.</p>
