<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for inkjet recording which is capable of preventing an ink from spreading with time especially regardless of hue while it has good ink absorbing properties, and forming a clear image with a high resolution. <P>SOLUTION: In the sheet for inkjet recording with a coloring material receiving layer at least containing inorganic fine particles, the sheet for inkjet recording is characterized by the inorganic fine particles being a gas phase-processed silica and a pseudo-beehmite.
