<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly unite a neutral start switch for an automatic transmission with an electronic control unit. SOLUTION: A control unit comprises a united body constituted of an electronic control unit ECU involving a substrate 50 on which a plurality of devices 51a and 51b are mounted including a microcomputer storing therein automatic speed-change control programs, and of a neutral start switch NSW connected to the microcomputer. The NSW involves a rotor 40 and contact switches SW1 and SW2 adapted to operate on the rotation of the rotor 40. The substrate 50 and the rotor 40 are arranged parallel to each other in a housing case 10 with a middle wall 13 held therebetween. The substrate 50 is shielded by the middle wall 13 oil-tightly from the contact switches.</p> |
