PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier which purifier supply water, or the like, and thereby makes drinking water palatable. SOLUTION: The water purifier 1 is for purifying the supply water, or the like, and is formed of a negative ion generating material such as tourmaline 3 or a magnetic material or a mixture thereof. The water purifier 1 is of such a structure that the water permeates from the inner face of a water supply pipe 2 for purifying the water and serves for purifying the supply water. The water purifier 1 is formed of the negative ion generating material such as the tourmaline, the magnetic material or the mixture thereof which is wrapped around the outer face of the water supply pipe.
