PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple pre-cut processing machine having no need to be moved, as well as eliminating the need for both many roller conveyor groups and a lumber delivery device. SOLUTION: In this machine, a movable conveyor 3 is moved to convey a lumber 25 from one end of a first fixed conveyor 2 to a processing section on one end of a longitudinal processing machine 1. While processing one end of the lumber at the processing section on one end of the longitudinal processing machine 1, the lumber previously conveyed from the first movable conveyor 3 to the first fixed conveyor 2 is moved through a cylinder by the second fixed conveyor 20 to the third fixed conveyor 21, and then conveyed by the third fixed conveyor 21 to a processing section 1b on the other end of the longitudinal processing machine 1 to process the other end of the lumber.
