The contacts (300) forming the connector are placed a support (100), and the free space between the contacts (300) and the support is filled with a resin (R). The resin fills the space between the interior surface of the tube (330) and the shaft (340) which constitute each coaxial contact. The procedure provides a seal for the contacts of a coaxial connector (C) fitting through a wall, in order to achieve an hermetic seal. The contacts (300) forming the connector are placed inside the aperture (130) in a support (100), and the free space between the contacts (300) and the support is filled with a resin (R). The resin is applied at the time when the contacts are fitted, and fills the space between the interior surface of the tube (330) and the shaft (340) which constitute each coaxial contact. The tube and shaft together offer an exterior female connection at one end (310) of the tube, and an exterior male connection at the second end (320) of the tube.
