<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably display by compensating a camera shake. <P>SOLUTION: A block extracting part 12 extracts two portions of a still object as reference blocks from a frame image input at first, to be stored in a reference block storage part 13, and the center position in either of the reference blocks is output to a locus storage part 18 to be stored. A vector extracting part 14 extracts a reference vector from an inter-center position of the two reference blocks, a comparing part 15 makes the reference vector stored in a reference vector storage part 16. A target vector is extracted from a frame image thereafter by the same manner, the reference vector is compared with the target vector, and the comparing part 15 issues a command to the block extracting part 12 to substitute the block extracting part 12 reference block with the target block at that time, when a difference in the comparison hereinbefore comes to a prescribed threshold value or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
