PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an easy and efficient push distribution. SOLUTION: When information to be distributed to a terminal device 200 occurs, a center 100 originates a call of a voice communication to the relevant terminal device 200. After incoming to the relevant terminal device 200 and before a setup of a communication path, a line is disconnected. Thus, incoming from the center 100 is recorded in an incoming history of the terminal device 200 without charging a communication tariff. When incoming from the center 100 is recognized in the incoming history, the terminal device 200 requests the distribution of the information to the center 100. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
