PURPOSE: A system for collecting real-time communication propagation environments and a method therefor are provided to collect communication propagation environments of a position where a current mobile terminal is located, and to transmit the collected information to a central control system to store the information, thereby sharing data on the propagation environments at any place. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free kit(212) connected to a mobile terminal(126) is mounted on a navigation car(210). When the car(210) enters a service area of a base station(220), the mobile terminal(126) requests a call for the base station(220). The hands-free kit(212) transmits a propagation environmental state to the base station(220). The base station(220) transmits the state information to a central control server(160) via the Internet(240). The central control server(160) stores the received information in a database(170). A user(230) from a remote place confirms the environmental state of a desired region by accessing the central control server(160) over the Internet(240). |
