SOLUTION: In the thermoelectric conversion element unit 100-1, an alumite layer 111 is formed on an exothermic aluminum plate 11, a copper plated layer (metallized pattern) 113 is integrally formed on the alumite layer 111, and exothermic electrodes 115 are joined to each other on the copper plated layer 113. Then P-and N-type thermoelectric conversion elements 13a and 13b are alternately arranged on the electrodes 115 and joined to the electrodes 115 by soldering, etc., and endothermic electrodes 125 are arranged on the thermoelectric conversion elements 13a and 13b and joined to the elements 13a and 13b by soldering, etc. Since the copper plated layer 113 and exothermic electrodes 115 are joined to each other as metals, adhesion between the layer 113 and electrodes 115 is favorable and terminal resistances between the layer 113 and electrodes 115 significantly become small.
