PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric module, etc., that can efficiently perform thermoelectric conversion even in a medium temperature region, can be manufactured inexpensively, and is eco-friendly. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric module is provided with an N-type thermoelectric element 14 containing a CaB<SB>2</SB>C<SB>2</SB>-based compound and a P-type thermoelectric element 13 connected to the element 14 directly or through a metal member 15 and containing a CaB<SB>2</SB>C<SB>2</SB>-based compound.
