PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spread a home security system by using an information processor having spread to home as an infrastructure of information technology. SOLUTION: The system comprises a monitor device 1 which has a monitor camera 1a and a voice detector 1b, the information processor 3 which sends out a video signal captured by the monitor camera 1a or/and a voice signal detected by the voice detector 1b to a public line 4, and a base station 5 connected to the public line 4; and the monitor device 1 is provided with a 1st transmitter receiver 1d which sends the video signal and/or voice signal as a radio wave and the information processor 3 is provided with a 2nd transmitter receiver 3a which receives the radio wave and extracts the video signal or/and voice signal, thereby transmitting the video signal and/or voice signal to a mobile telephone 6 through the base station 5.
