PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which performs secrecy enhanced data communication in a radio conference system, etc. SOLUTION: For performing data communication between a radio access point AP 101 and a radio station STA 102(x) after encrypting target data, changing means of the radio access point AP 101 and the radio station STA 102(x) change a common encryption key used for encryption to the radio access point AP 101 and the radio station STA 102(x), based on a predetermined timing.
