PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divert software of an existing terminal, to develop a new application with less man-hours, and to mount it to the terminal. SOLUTION: This terminal device is provided with existing first software for controlling a terminal resource, a first CPU for operating the first software, second software for executing the added new application, and a second CPU for operating the second software, and is connected to a main device for performing terminal control via a network and works. The second software has an information relaying means for switching and controlling routes of information transmitted or received among the first software, the main device, and the new application.
