The present invention relates to the application of make-up, and more particularly, to an implement for the efficient application of mascara to the eyelashes. Mascara is usually being applied after the bass make-up, powder, lipstick, etc. and is the final touch after all of the other make-up products have been applied. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an implement manufactured of any semi-hard material, such as compressed paper, plastic, processed paper and the like, with a least one concave edge meant to fit just above the eyelash to which the mascara is to be applied. By holding the implement substantially as described herein, only the eyelash is exposed to the mascara applicator, the skin of the eyelid remaining covered. Thus the accidental application of mascara to the skin, above or below the eye, is avoided. |
