An artificial extracellular matrix containing heat-stabilized fish-origin collagen wherein the heat stability of the fish-origin collagen, which inherently has a heat-denaturation temperature of lower than 37 ° C, has been improved. Because of having an appropriate stability in vivo and a function of highly activating tissue repair, the artificial extracellular matrix has no need for further blending with heat-denatured collagen. Moreover, it contains the fish-origin collagen and thus has little risk of being contaminated with pathogens.
|
