PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nickel fine powder improved in wettability with a pasted resin and initial dispersibility while avoiding excessive dispersion, by which the deformation and the hugeness of a particle caused thereby can be prevented. SOLUTION: The powder is characterized in that it is attached with an aliphatic acid or an aliphatic acid soap comprising at least one or more kinds of metals belonging to the 2nd-15th groups and being included in the 4th-6th periods in the periodic table and a group of lithium, magnesium, and aluminum, or with an aliphatic acid soap comprising at least one or more kinds of metals among metals belonging to the 2nd-15th groups and being included in the 4th-6th periods and a metal group consisting of lithium, magnesium, and aluminum.
