PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air dehumidifying heat exchanger for sufficiently enhancing a dehumidifying effect. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 1 houses an evaporator for respectively installing a plurality of baffle fins 12 and 13 alternately arranged in a cylindrical vessel 2 for forming an introducing port for introducing compressed air, an exhaust port for exhausting the dehumidified compressed air, and a drain port for draining dewing water generated by dehumidification, and a plurality of baffle fins 14 arranged between both fins 12 and 13 in a refrigerant pipe 11, and alternately forms a lower side opening part 21 and an upper side opening part 22 in the cylinder lengthwise direction of the vessel 2 between the respective fins 12 to 14 and an inner wall of the vessel 2, and forms a compressed air passage for passing the compressed air via both opening parts 21 and 22 between the introducing port and the exhaust port. The fins 14 are formed so that a lower end surface 12a for forming the lower side opening part 21 with the inner wall of the vessel 2 gradually separates to a horizontal installing surface GL over the other end part from a horizontal installing surface GL side one end part.
