PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an energy-saving dwelling which enhances a heat insulating effect and fire protecting performance mainly on an exterior wall of a wooden building and a roof surface thereof by virtue of a plastered wall and an outside insulation method. SOLUTION: A construction method for applying ready-mixed perlite is practiced by developing the ready-mixed perlite which serves as a lightweight incombustible heat-insulating material capable of being applied and a heat-insulating waterproof sheet which combines heat insulating performance with waterproof performance.
