PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary surface melting furnace hardly causing burnout or the like of a supply blade sending a treating object toward the inside of the furnace from a storage part. SOLUTION: The treating object A is positioned outside the outer side face OS of an inner tube 5, below the lower end of the inner tube 5. The supply blade 2 introducing the treating object A to the internal diameter side by rotation of the inner tube 5 relatively to an outer tube 7 is installed to the outer side face OS of the inner tube 5.
