<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collimator lens capable of accurately changing emitted light to parallel beams regardless of the distance from an optical axis, and also capable of changing the emitted light to a narrow beam without generating a large component with respect to the optical axis. <P>SOLUTION: The collimator lens is equipped with a plurality of lens surfaces having a different focal distance or negative divided lens surfaces corresponding to the respective lens segments of a 1st fly-eye lens for each of a plurality of concentric ring areas centering the optical axis on at least either an incident surface or an emitting surface. The collimator lens is equipped with a reflection mirror capable of guiding a light beam made incident on the peripheral part of the collimator lens to the center part of the collimator lens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
