PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling apparatus of an exhaust gas for sampling the exhaust gas at a position close to an oven in ash melting facilities and for precisely controlling the concentration of O<SB>2</SB>, CO and the like in an atmosphere in the oven. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas sampling apparatus 14 is composed by inserting an exhaust gas sampling body 18 having a water-cooled jacket 20 where the tip has a cylindrical shape in the form being opened toward an exhaust gas channel 12 in an exhaust gas duct 10, a filter 38 that is inserted and set into a position being drawn into the inside and in an axial direction, and a suction pipe 34 for sucking the exhaust gas from an inlet 36 at the tip section through the filter 38 into a cylindrical exhaust gas extraction opening 16 that is branched from the exhaust gas duct 10 for projection.
