<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply valve with improved reliability of an atmosphere release valve. <P>SOLUTION: A diaphragm 11, the atmosphere release valve 13, an exit valve 14 on the side for supplying hot water to a bath, and a main valve 12 on the side for supplying the hot water are arranged on the same axis. In supplying the hot water, a solenoid valve 10 is turned on to introduce the water pressure of a hot-water supply unit into a diaphragm chamber 11a and the driving force of the diaphragm 11 is transmitted to a shaft 41; first, the valve 13 is closed; next, the valve 14 and the valve 12 are opened in that order; and the hot water is supplied to the bath through the valve 12, the valve 14 and a check valve 15. When the valve 10 is turned off, the diaphragm 11 is returned to its original position, so that the valve 12 and the valve 14 are closed and the valve 13 is finally opened. Since the valve 13 is opened and closed by gearing with the opening/closing of the valve 12 and the valve 14 every time the hot water is supplied, the valve 13 is restrained from fixation of its valve element due to continuation of a long-time close state, and surely operated even in emergency so that the bath is isolated from the hot-water supply unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
