PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bleeding device for a cooling water of a car engine of such a structure that its air bleeding valve is installed in a position not surrounded by a car body member over the engine or a cylinder head cover inclined capable of facilitating air exhaust from a cooling circuit, enhancing the air bleeding performance, enhancing the easiness in handling the air bleeding valve, and enhancing the effectiveness of the air bleeding operation. SOLUTION: The air bleeding device for the engine cooling water is structured so that one end of its air bleeding passage pipe is connected with the engine side top part of a cooling water communication passage constituent and the air bleeding valve having an air bleeding mechanism is installed at the other end of the air bleeding passage pipe, and the air bleeding valve is installed in a position higher than the engine side top part of the cooling water communication passage constituent and on the oversurface of the cylinder head cover.
