PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile panel for tunnel internal finishing, which prevents its warp due to water content and moisture content. SOLUTION: In formation of the tile panel, a tile 3 is stuck to a surface 2a of a porous lightweight base material 2 by means of an adhesive 4. Then, a film-forming acrylic urethane sealer is applied to a rear surface 2b and header surfaces 2c of the porous lightweight base material, and the sealer is cured, to thereby form a sealer layer 5 having a film thickness in a range of not less than 10μm to not more than 45μm. Thus, absorption/desorption of water content and moisture content to/from the porous lightweight base material is prevented, and in this manner the tile panel 1 for tunnel internal finishing with suppressed warp is produced.
