<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for constructing a base plate or individual tray for constructing dentures enabling even a beginner to easily and rapidly construct the base plate or individual tray requiring skill and time with high quality. <P>SOLUTION: The base plate or the individual tray is constructed by the method of placing a model 2 on an upper side of a suction cup 4, placing a resin material 3 on this model 2, putting a porous flexible mat 9 in this state on the resin material 3, building the resin material into a flexible bag 7, closing the flexible bag 7, connecting the interior of the flexible bag 7 to a negative pressure generator, and vacuum sucking the interior of the bag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
