<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making pickles in a simple process without generating wastewater. <P>SOLUTION: The method for making pickles comprises adding salt and a seasoning liquid to vegetables. According to this method, any weight stones conventionally used are not necessary, water exuded from the vegetables requires no need to be wasted because it is little and utilized as diluting water for the seasoning liquid in a process of producing a final product.
