LIQUID SPRAY HEAD AND LIQUID SPRAY APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spray head wherein the occurrence of bubbles in a liquid is reduced and the spray of atomized particles having a small particle diameter is stably continued for a long period. SOLUTION: The liquid spray head 100 is provided with a part to be vibrated which has a plurality of fine passages 102 parallel to each other to hold the liquid inside and a piezoelectric vibration means 101 arranged in the part to be vibrated to be in contact with and for ultrasonic-vibrating the fine passages 102 in a direction crossing the extending direction of the passages 102 to spray the liquid housed inside. The liquid spray apparatus 111 is constituted so that a liquid supply and discharge means 114 for supplying and discharging the liquid is connected to a plurality of the fine passages 102 of the liquid spray head 100.
