PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book with a plant growing sheet in which the plant growing sheet is integrated with the book or a magazine. SOLUTION: The book 1 with the plant growing sheet 5 is obtained by nipping the plant growing sheet 5 storing a seed of the plant and/or a material for growth in a fabric readily degrading in soil in a sample holder 2 and applying the sample holder 2 to a page of the book or magazine 3 or binding the sample holder 2 between pages or covering the plant growing sheet 5 with a paper material, then integrating the plant growing sheet 5 with the body part of the book or magazine 3 and carrying out bookbinding or integrating the plant growing sheet 5 between the pages of the book or magazine 3 and carrying out the bookbinding.
