PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can simply and accurately inform emergency situation occurring in living of an elderly person living by himself, without imposing complicated reporting operations on a person which informs of the emergency situation, and enables destination for receiving the information to quickly, and precisely confirm and grasp the contents of the emergency situation. SOLUTION: The system comprise an urgent reporting terminal, an urgent reporting communication section, and a terminal for receiving information. In the urgent reporting terminal, reporting of urgent situation occurrence, a function for confirming the truth of the report of the urgent situation occurrence, and a voice and image information acquisition function for grasping the contents of the urgent situation at the destination for receiving the information are integrated. In the urgent reporting communication section, when urgent reporting is made at the urgent reporting terminal, urgent reporting information, corresponding to each destination in the order of priority, is reported to a plurality of urgent destinations by voice.
