<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card attachment device capable of realizing transfer of a small memory card without requiring a roller, and smoothly transferring the small memory card. <P>SOLUTION: The card attachment unit is provided with a motor 29, a loading mechanism transferring the small memory card 1 and a connector 5 having a terminal member 6. The small memory card 1 has a first recess in one side rim, and a second recess 4 in another side rim.
