<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating body driving device capable of avoiding the deterioration of an image with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The rotating body driving device is provided with a drive transmission member 8 equipped with a drive-side joint 8a which is externally fitted to a drive shaft 7 on a device main body side so that it can be shifted in an axial direction, and also, which can be fitted to the driven-side joint of a photoreceptor drum, and a spring 9 for energizing the drive transmission member 8 toward the photoreceptor drum, flat surfaces 7a and 8b coming in contact with each other so that they can slide in the axial direction are formed on the external surface of the drive shaft 7 and the inside surface of the drive transmission member 8, and the drive device is provided with a pin 10 passing through the drive shaft 7 in the radial direction of the shaft 7 so as to control the shift of the drive transmission member 8 toward the photoreceptor drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
