PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet battery and a joint structure of the same capable of easily coupling cell voltage equalization circuits respectively with each battery used as elements of a battery pack. SOLUTION: First sheet batteries 1A being coupled with positive poles 12 and having auxiliary electrodes 14 projected to one side of a battery main body 11 and second sheet batteries 1B being coupled with negative poles 13 and having auxiliary electrodes 14 projected to the one side of the main body 11 are arranged in turn in a state of having the auxiliary electrodes 14 on one side and joined in series, and the first batteries 1A and second batteries 1B are respectively coupled with cell voltage equalization circuits 4.
