PULSE CURRENT GENERATING CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve overshooting and undershooting through processing in an IC without requiring any external component and to obtain a high through rate. SOLUTION: A transistor 4 operates as a 1st constant current source. A transistor 5 generates an output pulse current by switching the current of the 1st constant current source with input pulses (a). This output pulse current overshoots and undershoots. A transistor 3 operates as a 2nd constant current source. A transistor 2 generates a correction pulse current by switching the current of the 2nd constant current source with correction pulses (b) applied in timing to the overshooting. A transistor 6 operates as a 3rd constant current source. A transistor 7 generates a correction pulse current by switching the current of the 3rd constant current source with correction pulses (c) applied in timing to the undershooting.
