PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling air circuit for a rotor blade and a stator blade in a turbine. SOLUTION: A cooling circuit in an airfoil part 12 comprises a first, a middle, and a final passages 40, 41, and 42 extended in a radial direction, and the first passage 40 is fluid-communicated with a cooling air source from the external of the airfoil part 12. The final passage 42 is fluid-communicated with one of a front edge and a rear edge. A refreshing passage 66 is extended through a radial direction inner side wall as a boundary of a radial direction inner side part of the final passage 42 while fluid-communicated with the cooling air source. The refreshing passage 66 is disposed separately from the first passage 40 to be apart from the first passage, and it is isolated. In one embodiment, a metering plate 80 covers an inflow port 68 to the refreshing passage 66, and the metering plate 80 has a metering hole 82 over the inflow port.
