PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional network card. SOLUTION: The multifunctional network card includes a universal serial bus (USB) interface 110. A hub, that is, a control circuit 120 is coupled with the USB interface, and includes a plurality of ports 122 formed for connecting computer peripheral devices. Function control circuits 124 are connected to the ports for driving the computer peripheral devices, and a plurality of medium access units 126 for connecting the computer peripheral devices are connected to the function control circuits, respectively. A plurality of sensors 128 are coupled with the function control circuits or a plurality of medium access units, respectively, and can detect whether the computer peripheral devices are connected.
