PURPOSE: Provided is a system for laminating and assembling electrode plates of a polymer secondary battery, which can laminate the electrode plates of the polymer secondary battery and then join lead taps to electrode taps of the electrode plates. CONSTITUTION: The system for laminating and assembling the electrode plates of the polymer secondary battery contains: an electrode plate laminating/transferring device containing an electrode plate laminating part for laminating diaphragms on which the electrode plates are placed, a diaphragm laminating part for laminating the diaphragms from which the electrode plates are removed, an electrode plate transfer device adsorption-transferring the electrode plates, a diaphragm transfer device for adsorption-transferring the diaphragms, a carrier rotator having a first carrier and a second carrier on which the electrode plates are placed; a device for measuring the thickness of the electrode plate assembly and detecting if the electrode taps have a short circuit; an electrode tap cutting device for cutting the electrode taps of the electrode plate assembly to a fixed length; a lead tap cutting device for cutting the lead taps to a fixed length; a first gripper device and a second gripper device to unite the lead taps to the electrode taps; an ultrasonic horn device joining the lead taps to the electrode taps; a lead tap forming device for making the lead taps, joined to the electrode taps, U-shape.
