<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control commodity incidental information and recover the commodity incidental information without insisting on consumers' labor. <P>SOLUTION: A shop terminal 40 acquires, upon purchase of a commodity, the commodity incidental information and the home server address 620 of the home server 80 of a consumer 1 from a commodity information database 50 and a consumer information database 60, and transmits to a service provider terminal 30. The service provider terminal 30 distributes the incidental information 530 received from the shop terminal 40 to the home server 80, and stores the service contents thereof in a service history database 70. When receiving a recovering request for the incidental information from the consumer terminal 10, the service provider terminal 30 checks the incidental information requested for recovering by referring to the service history database 70, provides the request for transmission of the incidental information to a commodity provider terminal 20, re-distributes the incidental information received from the commodity provider terminal 20 to the home server 80, and stores the service contents thereof in the service history database 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
