<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at low cost an IC chip mounted body which is more reliable against an external force than a conventional IC chip mounted body having a reinforcing member. <P>SOLUTION: The IC chip mounted body which has an inlet sheet 1 mounted with a bare IC chip 6 of at least ≥300 μm in thickness and a coating layer 3a and does not have a reinforcing member for bare IC chip protection and is of 700 to 900 μm in overall thickness is sufficiently thick in spite of the bar IC chip, so the IC chip mounted body has strength equal to or more than that of the IC card using the reinforcing member even in a spot pressure strength test and a shock test. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
