PURPOSE: A circuit tester having plural input channels is provided to measure simultaneously voltages of each cell of a battery installed at an uninterruptible power supply of a power plant by using 32 input channels. CONSTITUTION: A circuit tester having plural input channels includes a CPU(700), an input channel portion(100), a multiplexer portion(200), a voltage range control portion(400), an effective value calculation portion(500), and a display portion(800). The CPU(700) is used for controlling an operation of the circuit tester. The input channel portion(100) includes 32 input channels to obtain the potential difference between input voltages. The multiplexer portion(200) selects one of the inputs according to a selection control signal of the CPU(100). The voltage range control portion(400) processes a voltage signal of the multiplexer and controls a range of voltage according to a voltage range control signal of the CPU(100). The effective value calculation portion(500) obtains an effective value of AC voltage. The display portion(800) displays a measured voltage according to a control operation of the CPU(100).
