PURPOSE: To provide a boiler including a heat transfer bank which is supported more excellently compared with prior art ones, is made rigid, and is prevented from moving to the side. CONSTITUTION: This boiler includes a reaction chamber 10 in which there are disposed first tube banks 42, 46, and many heat transfer tubes 86 on which the tube banks are mounted resiliently each other and which are supported on opposite two walls 20, 22 of the reaction chamber. Second tube banks 40, 44, 48 are disposed above or below the first tube banks perpendicularly to the same, and holding lugs 92, 94 are disposed above the second tube banks and are made rigid such that the first banks are prevented from being moved to the side thereof, and/or are adapted to support the tube banks.
