PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the possibility of establishing an article exchange by a plurality of article providing requests and a plurality of article acquiring requests more than in the past.

SOLUTION: An exchange article information retrieval part 104 retrieves providing article information having the information of an article at least partially matched to the information of an article included in the requested article information of a specified article exchange applicant from an article accumulation database 121. An exchange article information retrieval condition narrowing part 105 reports the retrieved providing article information with the information related to the article exchange applicant who registered this providing article information as exchangeable object information to the specified article exchange applicant.
