PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signed product sum computing element using a capacitor and an analog matched filter which includes it. SOLUTION: Provided are the signed product sum computing element, including the capacitor 326 holding a voltage for an input signal, switches connected to both the ends of the capacitors 326 respectively and operable with the signal clock to switch the capacitor polarities, and a power source 329 connected to both the ends of the capacitor 326 through one of the switches, and the analog matched filter including the same.
