PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane foam comprising uniform fine cells, wherein the solubility of HFC-365mfc in a polyol is improved and the polyol premix is excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: The method for producing a rigid polyurethane foam comprises reacting an active hydrogen compound with an organic polyisocyanate in the presence of a foaming agent, a urethanization catalyst and other required additives. The method is characterized by using the active hydrogen compound comprising the polyol having a specific structure and the foaming agent comprising the hydrofluorocarbon (HFC), 365mfc.
