The device comprises: a) means (In) for listing the data produced or consumed by the systems (Sn) and the characteristics of said data; b) means (MC) for configuring the signal frames produced by each of the systems, said means including: b1) means (LI) for reading the content of the data listing means (In), b2) means (MF) for constituting frame formats, from data assembled by the reading means (LI) and predetermined rules; and c) means (Fn) for loading, in each of the systems (Sn), frame formats constituted by the formatting means (MC) so as to transmit data-loaded frames.
