PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide building shutter equipment constituted by facilitating the mounting of a hand hooking member when the opening and shutting operational hand hooking member is provided to a shutter curtain for opening and shutting an opening section. SOLUTION: The building shutter equipment is so constituted that the hand hooking member 11 equipped with a fixed section 11a opposed to a slat body section 2a, an upper projection 11c projected to an indoor side from up and down edge sections of the fixed section 11a and a lower projection 11d is fixed to an indoor side of a slat 2 located on an intermediate in the vertical direction of the shutter curtain 1 through a double faced tape 12 between the fixed section 11a and the slat body section 2a.
