PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a PC steel strand withdrawal operation without dispersing filler. SOLUTION: A device body 14 comprises a hollow case body 30 disposed at a position for covering an unbonded sheath terminal 18a with the unbonded PC steel strand passed therethrough, a scraper 56 disposed and held so as to be brought into slidable contact with the surface of the PC steel strand 16 in the hollow case, and a fixing means 46 for non-movably fixing and holding the hollow case body to the unbonded sheath 18. The filler on the surface of the PC steel strand can be scraped off by the sliding of the scraper 56 on the PC steel strand following the withdrawal of the PC steel strand 16 from the unbonded sheath 18. The filler scraped off by the scraper can be discharged from a discharge port 31 provided in the hollow case body 30 to the outside of the hollow case body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
