PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make ink supply smooth. SOLUTION: The channel unit of an inkjet head is provided with a plurality of pressure chambers 10 arranged in matrix along the arranging directions A and B in a plane, and a plurality of submanifolds 5a extending along the arranging direction A while communicating with each pressure chamber 10. The plurality of pressure chambers 10 form a first pressure chamber array 11a and a second pressure chamber array 11b along the arranging direction A, by the arrangement of ink ejection openings 8 being connected with the pressure chambers 10, when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the channel unit plane. The pressure chambers 10 constituting the first pressure chamber array 11a have the ink ejection openings 8 shifted to the upper side of the paper plane with respect to the direction of longer diagonal, and the pressure chambers 10b constituting the second pressure chamber array 11b have the ink ejection openings 8 shifted to the lower side of the paper plane. The submanifold 5a includes the majority of first and second pressure chamber arrays 11a and 11b adjacent to each other within a range not overlapping the ink ejection openings 8.
