PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct driving force control matching the feeling of a driver, and to improve the driving performance of a vehicle, by properly controlling an automatic transmission according to a radius of curvature of a corner and a vehicular speed. SOLUTION: This vehicular driving force control device comprises an automatic transmission having an input shaft drive-coupled to a driving source, and an output shaft changing the speed of input of the input shaft and outputting that; and an automatic transmission control device controlling the automatic transmission on the basis of load information and vehicular state information. The automatic transmission control device refers to a target input shaft rotating speed on the basis of vehicular speed, a corner shape, and the operating amount of a driver, and the automatic transmission is controlled so as to make the rotating speed of the input shaft become the referred target input shaft rotating speed.
