PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ribbon-laminated optical fiber drop cable from having disordering of the array of coated optical fiber ribbons, jacketing material peeling of the coated optical fiber ribbons, and deterioration of optical fibers. SOLUTION: The ribbon-laminated optical fiber drop cable 1 is constituted by uniting a long-sized optical element part 9, constituted by jacketing coated optical fiber ribbons 3 of two or more stacked ribbons and a 1st tensile body 5 which is arranged in parallel to the coated optical fiber ribbons 3 with a cable sheath 7 and a long-sized cable support wire part 15, constituted by coating a 2nd tensile body 11 with a sheath 13, in parallel to each other. When this ribbon stack type optical fiber drop cable 1 is manufactured by extrusion molding, two or more coated optical fiber ribbons 3 are arrayed while sandwiched between a plurality of guide bodies 33 so as to come into contact with each other and sent out to an extrusion head, so that the laminated coated optical fiber ribbons 3 are smoothly run through a passage hole of a nipple for extrusion molding.
